Someone posted this on FB today. It spoke to me like no other!!! I will use this through my journey to the stage!! I dedicate this to all of my friends, family, and team members!!! WE ARE CHAMPIONS!!!!!

Long Day:O)

Well, today is going to be a long day. I am watching the World Cup right now and am getting inspired to hit the gym and gymnastics training hard today!!! All three of us myself, elaynna, and ella have gymnastics today!! Ella has it for 3 hrs, elaynna has it for 1 1/2 hrs and I have it for 2. Whew! Like I said long day. I have heavy upper body today too. I am going to be a hurting tonight!!!LOL Bring it on thought!! It is the making of a champion!! Yeah baby!!! Lets do this!!! later
